Range of Motion
Active range of motion is measured in all planes. Associated movement during maximum range is reported in addition to traditional maximum range in the primary plane of motion.
Joint Position Error
Quantifies postural awareness.
The deviation from neutral posture is measured after an active head-neck movement. Primary and associated movement reposition error is reported for the transverse and sagittal planes.
The Butterfly Method
Quantifies movement control.
Head-neck movement is measured during unpredictable target tracking. Performance is compared to normative data from a pain-free population.
